In August 2007 the Danish-Swedish research expedition Lomonosov Ridge off Greenland (LOMROG) was conducted with the icebreaker Oden in the Arctic Ocean.
LOMROG studied parts of the Arctic glaciation history, variations in the covering of the permanent pack ice sheet and the development of the Arctic Ocean circulation and its function in the climate system.
The Danish science team worked in the project Data acquisition north of Greenland, which was a part of the The Danish Continental Shelf Project.
